In 1991, the St. Paul Art Collective organized a series offorum meetings to provide a platform for artists in our developing neighborhood. The most requested need was public venue. The Saint Paul Art Crawl is the product of that initiative. It is run by the artists andto all.

 The mission of the Saint Paul Art Crawl is to create an artist-run venue which facilitates a mutually beneficial and meaningful interaction between the arts community and the public.
